So as some of you may know i picked up an Audi A6 for $0.
It needs some work, and i think i can make this car look great.

Rear looks good with lil hole in the rear bumper. Also looks like an aftermarket mufler.

Dirty. Car was siting in the parking lot for a past 5 month.

Some goodies in the trunk. Almost new laundry detergent, empty gas container, 12V air pump,
safety glasses, armor all, beach towel, and a few other things.

Passenger side window is missing. Somebody was trying to brake into the car. Why? I dont know.

Dusty interior. What can i expect from the car without a window. Lol.

It will be fun cleaning those seats. Which are heated by the way.

Stereo is in a SAFE mode. I dont have a code for it so....

Still has 1/8 tank of gas. and 135k miles on the clock.

Headlight washers and GLASS headlights, also dual projectors.

Area of interest. This is where it all happens.

I think it will buf right out, but i will need more agressive polish.

Power seat. Nice.

Some change and rechargable AA battery.

I checked carfax and it came clean. Car started but needs a new battery which is located under the rear seat.

Stay tuned for a build progress.

That's the best part! We all need to team up so we can get a nice welder and start building full cars.

a good bit. i think i might have to scratch the idea of a TIG and settle for a MIG. the cheapest TIG that's useful for us is about 3k. good MIGs can be had brand new around 6-800. i'm gonna see if there's anywhere locally that has a used one. I'd suggest looking around you, too. see what you can find.

Let me know, I've always wanted to learn how to weld.
